Nexor has made a significant contribution to a research project being carried out by Loughborough University Business School. The research into how knowledge is transferred within different Service Support settings involved close observation of Nexor’s expert technicians as they went about resolving service incidents over a period of time. The visiting researcher was impressed by the technical talent and the customer-focused attitude of the technicians. For more information please register your interest.
At a recent Advisory Board session, leading members of the Information Assurance community joined Nexor in discussing the applicability and requirements for high assurance guarding at IL3 as well as at higher levels. Nexor was delighted to host the recent IACG (Information Assurance Collaboration Group) meeting at its offices in Nottingham. The main discussions centred on the draft CESG industry partnership scheme designed to ensure the quality and integrity of the IA supplier community.
